in the field of nucleic acid chemistry to give open lectures at the &#8220;FIBER FUTURE COLLEGE&#8221;.<br>At FIBER Nucleic Acid Chemistry Universe 16, we invited Prof. Janez Plavec from Slovenian NMR Center, National Institute of Chemistry, who is the coordinator of the partner core in the Core-to-Core Program of the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science (JSPS) as well as a world leader in
