I am going to talk about “New Year’s Resolutions”. Firstly, I am going to explain what New Year’s Resolutions are. I think almost all students do not know what they are, so I would like them to learn about it. Secondly, I am going to teach the students how to make New Year’s Resolutions. I have three steps to make it easier. Finally, we are going to share and I am going to make students talk to the person sitting next to them. This is a good opportunity to speak English for them, and they could talk to a new people. Actually, I am going to show them mine before we start, which is an example and also this is my new year’s resolution for 2020.


What do you want your audience to gain from your Event (50 words or more)

As the year comes to an end, people are starting to think about what they want to achieve in 2020. Basically, I would like the audience to learn how to make a new year’s resolution. I will help the students to make as clear resolutions as they can by themselves.

I think that students don’t know how important this topic is, so I have to show it clearly to them. Therefore, I want to learn how to explain this topic because I learned it from my friends who are American, and I want to tell the audience about it.
