We held the “Supra FIBER International Summit for Nucleic Acids (S-FISNA)” and presented the research results.

Frontier Institute for Biomolecular Engineering Research (FIBER), Konan University held “Supra FIBER International Summit for Nucleic Acids (S-FISNA),” the international symposium that brought together leading researchers from Japan and abroad specializing in nucleic acid chemistry across the fields of science, engineering, and pharmacy.

At this symposium, we welcomed a total of 15 researchers from Japan and abroad, who delivered presentations on their latest research results. Presentations were also given on the research results of Core-to-core Project, coordinated by FIBER Director Naoki Sugimoto, as well as by the coordinators from overseas research cores.

In addition, we invited poster submissions from the general public to present their latest research results, and awarded the S-FISNA Outstanding Poster Award (for students and postdoctoral researchers) to outstanding presentations.
This symposium was co-hosted by Core-to-core Project, the Japan Society of Nucleic Acids Chemistry, the Hyogo Science Cluster, and The Chubei Itoh Foundation.
