Young FIBER researchers attended a research technology acquisition program at the partner research core in Slovenia.

In this exchange program, a short-stay research technology acquisition program for young researchers is implemented at each research core.
As part of our efforts in this regard, we conducted the “Nucleic Acid Structure Analysis Program” at the Slovenian NMR Center, which is research core on the Slovenian side.

As FIBER participants from Japan, Assistant Professor Matsumoto and Senior Technical Staff Ohyama received a lecture from Dr. Peter Podbevšek and Dr. Marko Trajkovsk, participants from Slovenia, on the use of NMR to analyze the non-canonical structure of nucleic acids.
