非常勤講師のご利用について for Part-time instructor
図書館とサイバーライブラリのご利用には、図書館利用証の発行が必要です。はじめてご利用になるときは、オンラインフォームから図書館利用証の発行を申請してください。
※半期のみ、集中講座のみのご担当でも、通年でご利用いただけます。
To use the library, you must apply for your library card. If this is your first time using the library, please apply for a library card using the online form.
*You can use the library for a year even if you are only enrolled for one semester.
図書館利用証の発行申請 Application for a Library Card
図書館利用証（カード）の発行には最長１週間かかります。
利用証ができるまで、本の貸し出しはできません。
利用証ができあがりましたら、メールでご連絡します。
利用証は、図書館１階カウンターでお渡しします。
受け取りに際しては、以下をご提示ください。
①本人確認ができる身分証（マイナンバーカードや運転免許証など）
②利用証発行完了のメール（利用者番号の確認のため）
上記のご提示がない場合は、利用証のお引き渡しはできません。
利用証発行申請フォーム Library Card Application Form
It may take up to one week to issue your library card. You cannot borrow books until your card is ready.
We will notify you by email once your library card is ready.
You can pick up your library card at the counter on the 1st floor of the library.
When picking up your card, please present the following:
(1) A valid form of identification
(2) The email confirming the issuance of your library card (to verify your user ID).
We cannot issue your library card without these items.
図書館利用証の有効期限は、各年度末までです。
ただし、翌年度も授業をご担当されることが決定されましたら、翌年度末まで延長します。（お手続きは不要です。）
Your library card is valid until the end of March.
However, if you renew your contract, it will be extended for the following year as well. (No action is required.)
※受け取りができるのは申込者本人のみです。登録した本人しか使用できません。
※利用証を紛失・破損された場合は速やかにお申し出ください。なお、再発行には手数料(２０００円）がかかります。
* You may not ask someone else to pick up your card.
* If your user ID card is lost or damaged, please report it immediately. Please note that a reissue fee of 2,000 yen will apply.
※電子コンテンツ・Wi-Fiのご利用には、別途、情報システム室が発行するアカウントが必要です。
* You will need a university account issued by the Information Systems Office if you want to access e-contents and Wi-Fi.
※年度末の返却期日は３月末日です。翌年度に渡っての貸し出しを希望される場合は、継続契約の確定後（有効期限の延長後）に『MyLibrary』から貸出延長手続きをしてください。（例年３月末週頃になります。）
*The return deadline is 31 March. If you wish to keep your items on loan into the next financial year, please use ‘My Library’ to renew your loans once your contract has been renewed.

そのほか、利用上の注意を遵守いただけない場合は、ご利用をお断りすることがあります。
You may be required to pay for any damage you cause to materials or facilities. Additionally, if you fail to comply with the usage rules, we may refuse to allow you to use the facilities.
