Herein, we succeeded in reproducibly synthesizing palladium nanoparticles with narrow size distribution inside metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) by using pressured H2 gas as a reductant. In addition, by controlling the crystallinity of the MOFs, the particle size could be
precisely controlled.
