Faculty of Letter

The curriculum spans from the lifestyle and customs of the Japanese people through comparison with foreign cultures, offering studies from a broad perspective such as literature, history, geography, sociology and psychology. The Faculty of Letters is comprised of five departments in order for each student to be able to study the field of his/her choice in depth. This curriculum allows students to take other classes that they may find interesting as well, thereby enabling them to pursue the true nature of what intrigues them instead of being bound by restrictions and stereotypes.
