Completed in April 2001, the Cyber Library (located on the third floor of Building 5) houses multimedia materials as well as books related to social science subjects.
The annual number of users is about 100,000, and the library is open approximately 350 days per year, including Sundays and holidays. The floorspace of the library is approximately 2,300 square meters, with a spacious and comfortable study environment.

There is a collaborative study area where students can study with their classmates and seminar colleagues, and the moveable desks and chairs can be arranged in various configurations. There is also a presentation area where students can use the whiteboard on the wall. In the self-study area, students can concentrate on studying in a separated space. In addition, we have prepared a convenient learning environment to meet the needs of various users.
