We held a welcome party for international students who enrolled in April. They included degree-seeking international students and exchange students from partner universities in Asia. Konan University students and current international students also joined the event and warmly welcomed the new students. The participants introduced themselves and their home countries and enjoyed friendly conversations in a warm atmosphere.

We will screen a documentary film that traces the history of “Cantaram (Kantar),” the interlude songs sung in a popular theater of the state of Goa, India, "Tiatr".
the film is especially recommended for people who are interested in Indian society, culture, and history as well as popular culture and changes of media .
The film screening will be followed by a Q&A session with the film director, Nalini Elvino de Sousa.
