Konan University has released Japanese government (MEXT) scholarship’s application guidelines and the form for 2023 enrollment (University Recommendation).

■ Flow of the apply / 申込手順

       1. Please contact to professor(s) at Konan and get an unofficial agreement to accept you.

       2. When you get the agreement, please give the e-mail to contact professor. 

       3. Please post all of the required application documents to contact professor.

■ Application forms / 申込書類

       1.APPLICATION FORM【Form 6】 & Field of Study and Research Plan【Form 7】

       2. Recommendation letter (Non-copy)

         * It is obliged to be signed by dean of your university you currently admitted and addressed to the president of Konan

             University.   

       3. Copy of the passport holder’s information page 

       4. Academic transcript at your bachelor course (Non-copy)

     Also a transcript at your master course in case you apply to the doctoral course. 

       5. Certificate of Graduation or Expected Graduation (Non-copy)

       6. Abstract of thesis

       7. Certificate of your language proficiency of Japanese or English

TOEFL, IELTS, JLPT are acceptable (In case you don’t have the certificate of them, please consult the KIEC).

 

■ Deadline / 提出期限

  You must submit all of the required documents, materials including photo data to contact professor no later than 17:00(JST) on 20th January 2023. Late application would be non-acceptable. Also, please send the original documents by FEDEX / DHL / EMS in order to reach by 31th January 2023.

■ If you are accepted / 採用後 

 Konan University would notify the result in June 2023. If you are accepted, you will admit in September 2023 as a research student. To admit Konan University, you must take an entrance examination of the graduate school where you hope to study and pass.
