Faculty of Letters
The faculty curriculum covers both the culture and customs of the Japanese people and the study of foreign cultures, offering classes from a variety of disciplinary perspectives, including literature, history, geography, sociology, and psychology. The Faculty of Letters comprises five departments within which every prospective student should be able to find a field of interest. Our curriculum allows students to take other classes that they may find interesting as well, thereby enabling them to pursue what genuinely intrigues them rather than being bound by the restrictions of a particular discipline.
